The Church, School, and Water Wells

Carissade is a spread out community of small family farms.  The Church and School form the center of the community.  An initial water well at the school has been under much stress as its pumped almost continuously for the needs of the school and the surrounding community.  As a result the well is producing less water.  A second well -- funded by St Paul Catholic Church, the Rotary Club of Richmond, and independent donors -- was established and is producing water.
